First, make sure you are in a comfortable position. Take off your shoes or make sure you are not wearing any shoes. Then pull your pants tight. Then you start at the top by wrapping your leg wrapping. Make sure you start from behind. It is best to make sure that the new strip of leg wrapping is always half on top of the old strip. Repeat this step until you reach your ankle. If you have extra fabric left, you can work from your ankle upwards using the same technique. You can either hide the last piece by putting it between the other fabric, otherwise you can use a fibula to attach it.
You can also use other techniques to put on your leg wraps. Here, the technique remains the same as wrapping around it.
