This type of dish was used between the 12th and 15th century. The dishes are depicted in i.a. the Maciejowski bible. This dish is completely handmade of clay from the Rhineland that was traded around the Middle Ages to the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. It is finished in the flame oven and has a diameter of ca. 24 cm.
