Product description

This jewel distributor is a replica of an original excavated from grave 854 in Birka. Jewel distributors like this were first used by the Germanic tribes in the 4th century AD and later on appropriated by the Vikings. Distributors like this were worn on ladies clothes, so they could wear more jewels on their garments.
This distributor is made of bronze and measures 9,3 x 1,4 cm.
