A beautiful pendant of a classic Templar shield, used since the 13th century. Banners were often attached to the shield in order to recognize the owner. Several types of shield bearing the Templar cross was brought on crusades to protect the owner from evil. The first Grand Master of the Templars was Hugues de Payens. This jewel is made of pewter and measures 2,4 x 3 cm.
