This handmade ceramic drinking bowl is a replica of a 9th-10th century find from Haithabu. Haithabu was an important trading city for Vikings from Scandinavia and the Baltic region. On the inside, the drinking bowl has a glaze layer and is therefore suitable for consumption of liquids.
