My payment failed – how can I pay?
Did the payment of your order fail? This can happen! Fortunately, you can easily re-do it.
Log into your account, go to ‘My orders’ and click on the order. You can finish the payment here.
Do you live outside the EU?
It regularly happens that mostly US banks block a payment in a foreign currency. Call your bank to ‘unblock’ the payment, log into your account, go to ‘My orders’ and click on the order. You can finish the payment here.
Did you order without an account?
You will receive a payment reminder a day after your order, with an URL with which you can complete the payment. Of course, you can also simply place another order :)
