This bust is a replica of the bust of Marcus Cicero. Nowadays it is part of the collection of the archaeological museum in Napels.

Marcus Tullius Cicero (Arpinum, 3rd january 106 BC. ? Caieta, 7th december 43 BC.) was a Roman orator, politician, lawyer and philosopher. He lived during the transition period from the Roman Republic to the Empire and he himself was involved in most of the political events during this era. Cicero`s writings provide us with an important historical, but biased insight in this period.

This bust is completely handmade of alabaster. It is delivered including a pedestral. Its height is 54 cm including pedestal.
