How to structure your report
Title, date & location
Start with the basic: which event did you attend, when and where?
Why you went
Were you in costume? What role or character did you assume? What drew you to this event?
The weekend at a glance
Talk about the highlights: shows, battles, workshops, or market stalls.
Describe the atmosphere: music, decor, costumes, and the overall experience.
Mention special encounters: new friends, interesting characters, or inspiring moments.
Your personal impression
What made this event unforgettable for you? Do you have tips for other visitors?
Community moment
Mention someone who helped you or a fun moment you shared with other participants.
Conclusion
Would you return? Why or why not?
Photo report
Add at least five photo’s to bring your story to life. This can include:
Costumes and characters
Shows or battles
The terrain and decor
Magical or striking details
Your own adventures (selfies and group photo’s)
Tip: Add short captions to your photo’s, so readers really feel like they are there themselves.
Practical requirements
Length report: 500-1000 words
At least 5 photo’s, maximum 10
Submit your report with photo's as a Word document
Maximum 1 report per annual event, but the number of events you can report on is unlimited.
Ensure your report is ready for publication in terms of content, grammar, and layout

Transfer of rights
By submitting photoss, videoss or texts as part of this challenge, the participant declares that he/she is the creator of the submitted content and thereby the copyright holder.
The participant grants Celtic Webmerchant a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit, and publish the submitted content for commercial and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the website, webshop, blog, social media channels, and newsletters.
This permission is valid for an indefinite period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If persons are recognizable in the image, the participant declares that he/she has obtained permission from these persons for publication of the material.
The participant waives any claims for compensation for the use of the submitted content.
