15th century belt fitting with crown (set of 5 pieces)
This pewter belt fitting is based on originals excavated in London. Belt fittings like this were worn at the time of the English War of the Roses. They were worn all over Europe, but the meaning of this fitting is unknown. Presumably it was mostly worn by supporters of the monarch. This belt fitting is handmade of pewter.
