Transfer of rights
By submitting photos, videos or texts in the context of this challenge, the participant declares that they are the creator of the submitted content and therefore the copyright holder.
The participant grants Celtic WebMerchant a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit and publish the submitted content for commercial and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the website, webshop, blog, social media channels and newsletters.
This permission applies for an unlimited period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If persons are recognizable in the image, the participant declares that they have obtained permission from these persons for publication of the material.
The participant waives any claims for compensation for the use of the submitted content.
