How to build your report
Title, date & location
Start with the basic: which event did you attend, when and where?
Why you went there
Were you in costume? What role or character did you take on? What drew you to this event?
The weekend at a glance
Tell about the highlights: shows, battles, workshops or market stalls.
Describe the atmosphere: music, decoration, costumes and the overall experience.
Tell about special encounters: new friends, interesting characters or inspiring moments.
Your personal impression
What made this event unforgettable for you? Do you have tips for other visitors?
Community moment
Mention someone who helped you or a fun moment you shared with other participants.
Closing
Would you go back? Why or why not?
Photo reportage
Add at least five photos to bring your story to life. This could be for example:
Costumes and characters
Shows or battles
The terrain and decoration
Magic or striking details
Your own adventures (selfies and group photos)
Tip: Add short captions to your photos, that way readers will feel like they're really there.
Practical requirements
Report length: 500-1000 words
Minimum 5 photos, maximum 10
Submit your report with photos as a Word file
Maximum 1 report per annual event, but the number of events you can report on is unlimited.
Make sure your report is ready for publication in terms of content, grammar and formatting
Celtic WebMerchant BV reserves the right at all times to refuse submitted content.
Transfer of rights
By submitting photos, videos or texts in the context of this challenge, the participant declares that he/she is the creator of the submitted content and is therefore the copyright holder.
The participant grants Celtic Webmerchant a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, edit and publish the submitted content for commercial and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use on the website, webshop, blog, social media channels and newsletters.
This permission applies for an indefinite period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If persons are recognizable in the image, the participant declares that he/she has obtained permission from these persons for publication of the material.
The participant waives any claims for compensation for the use of the submitted content.
