Oil it with a neutral vegetable oil, or paraffin oil, of circa 60 degrees. Let the oil soak in for at least 10 hours, and wipe the tankard. Repeat this process twice more. Repeat the process 1x after each third use.\u003cbr \/\u003eRinse the tankard with lukewarm water after each use, and leave to dry at room temperature, with the opening facing downwards. Do not leave to soak in water.
