The silver, ormolu-plated original is in the Roman Museum in Augsburg.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePerformed in silvered bronze, with a size of 13 x 7 x 5 cm, almost equal to the original. Characteristic are the rectangular head plate, the semicircular base with a human face and the animal heads on either side.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOn the back it bears the fibula a runic inscription with the god names Wodan and Donar, and possibly Loki - one of the earliest mentions of these Germanic gods.
