This helmet is a replica of an English type that was worn around 1450. Images of the sallet are found in the Witton-Le-Wear chapel in England.
It is made of 2 mm thick steel and is suitable for a head circumference up to 62 cm. The visor is open and can be shut and is tightened with a screw. It is delivered including an adjustable inlay and a chin strap.
