What is the status of my order?

You always can find the actual status of your order via your account.
Log in to your account. At the account-dashboard, you can find an overview of your orders under “Recent orders”. This box also shows the status of your most recent orders.

Your order can have various statuses, the most important of which are:
- In process: your order was received & paid correctly and we are processing it. This status also gives the estimated delivery time of your order, calculated from the day after the order was placed.
- In production: one or more items of your order are hand crafted. Our craftsman is working on the execution of your order.
- Item being sharpened: your weapon is being sharpened by our grinder.
- Packing (shipped next day): your order is being prepared for shipment and we expect to ship it next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation and a tracking number via automatic e-mail.
