Cancellations, returns & adjustments of orders
You can return an ordered item in 14 days after receipt of your order. For this purpose you can e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Principally the return costs are not refunded, unless the sent parcel concerns a wrong delivery. Custom made items can’t be taken back, unless it doesn't meet the agreement. We request you to add a note to the returning parcel with your name and order number so we can register the return faster.
Returns are possible when the item:
- is unused
- is returned within 14 days of delivery
- is not custom made.
You can cancel your order before it is sent. In that case you pay no extra costs. It is also possible to postpone the delivery if you wish to receive the item later. It is not possible cancel custom made items.
Adjusting an order
If you later wish to add products to you order, you can send us an e-mail with the request to adjust the order.
When cancelling or returning an order payed in advance, it is naturally possible to get the paid amount of money refunded. In that case you can e-mail your account information to email@example.com. We aspire to arrange the refund in seven days. If you have paid with paypal, the amount of money will be deposited on your paypal account.
We greatly value that the customer will receive the service that he deserves, not only during but also after the transaction. Therefore we have a warranty policy, to make sure that the customer suffers as little inconvenience as possible when his article is damaged or defective.
