Warranty & returns

All products that are purchased at Celtic WebMerchant have a warranty of two years and some have an even longer warranty period. If the item was broken after normal use, the costs for reparation or replacement will be paid by Celtic WebMerchant.
The warranty does not apply to an item if it has been modified after delivery or if the complaint is caused by:
- Negligence or damage on purpose
- Faulty maintenance
- Normal wear
- Misuse

You can return an ordered item in 14 days. For this purpose you can e-mail to into@celticwebmerchant.com . Principally the return costs are not refunded, unless the sent parcel concerns a wrong delivery. Custom made items can’t be taken back. We request you to add a note to the returning parcel with your name and order number so we can register the return faster.
Returns are possible when the item:
- is unused
- is returned within 14 days of delivery
- is not custom made.

Cancellation & adjustment
You can cancel your order before it is sent without any extra costs, if the items are not custom made. It is also possible to postpone the delivery if you wish to receive the item later.
If you wish to add products to you order before it is shipped, you can send us an e-mail with the request to adjust the order.

When cancelling or returning an order payed in advance, it is naturally possible to get the paid amount of money refunded. In that case you can e-mail your account information to info@celticwebmerchant.com. We aspire to arrange the refund in ten days. If you have paid with paypal, the amount of money will be automatically deposited on your paypal account.
