You can trace your order at  gls-group.eu . Choose your country and fill in your tracking code.

Changing your delivery address to a ParcelShop
Would you like to receive your order at a GLS ParcelShop?
1. Go to the GLS website gls-group.eu .
2. Click on your country
3. Fill in your postcode and check what the most convenient ParcelShop is.
4. Send the address of this ParcelShop to info@celticwebmerchant.com.
We will take care your parcel will be shipped to the ParcelShop instead of your own address.

You can also e-mail us when you wish to receive your parcel at a different address, or a different delivery date.

Not at home?

Did you receive a message from GLS that you were not at home at the first delivery attempt?
1. Go to the GLS website gls-group.eu .
2. Click on your country
3. Fill in your parcel code.
4. Choose your desired delivery date / ParcelShop (pick up point).

Export outside EU
Unfortunately we cannot change the delivery date / address / pickup point for export shipments. You can normally change this information via the local transport service when the parcel has left customs and is sorted in your own country.
