This sax is a replica of a 9th century piece found back in the Thames near London in 1857. It is currently in the collection of the British museum.

The blade of the sax is decorated with runes on one side. On the other side, there is the name Beagnoth, probably the smith or owner of the sax. The sax has a wooden grip and is 73,5 cm. It has a blade of 55,5 cm long and weighs approx. 650 gram.

This item is produced in limited quantities only. This means that every piece is unique. Sizes & finish may vary lightly from piece to piece.
