This necklace is a replica of an original excavated in South Russia. Nowadays it is part of the collection of the Staatiche Museen in Berlin. Necklaces like this were worn by Roman women all over Europe during the 1st and 3rd century AD.
The necklace consists of alternating turquoise glass beads and freshwater pearls. The necklace itself is made of Sterling silver.
The necklace is completely handmade and has a length of 40 cm.
