This rapier is a replica of a German pappenheimer rapier from 1620. Nowadays it is part of the collection of the National Museum in Vienna.

The rapier has a long S-shaped cross-guard and several side rings. The guards are punctured with star-shaped motives. Its length is 114 cm with a blade of 94 cm and a cross-guard of 17 cm. It weighs approx. 900 grams.

This rapier is custom made.
