A 12th century South Mediterranean helmet in the Phrygian style. This helmet is a replica made after a fresco that can be seen in the church of Saint Johannes and Paulus in Spoleto. This type of helmet was used by the Normans during their reign in South Italy. Later on helmets like this were used during campaigns in England and during the first crusades.

Maintenance & care
Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your armour regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper.
