The name 'bodkin' is derived from the Old-English, where it refers to a sharp type of dagger. Bodkin arrows were used in the Middle Ages. However they didn?t cause large wounds they were very suitable to pierce chainmail.
The length of the arrow is 30" (76,2 cm) and can be delivered with a diameter of 11/32" or 23/64". It is historically made and provided with natural feathers.
