This torque is a replica of an original excavated in Dürrnberg, Austria. During the Hallstatt period this area was situated in the heart of the Celtic culture. The torque was excavated from a luxurious female grave (grave nr. 64). Torques like this were worn by both men and women.
It is completely handmade of bronze and has a cirumference of 46 cm. It has a thickness of 3 mm and it can easily be adjusted to the right size.
