This great helmet is made after an original from the Manesse Codex. Nowadays it is exhibited at the Castle of the Holy Angel in Rome. The great helmet was usually worn over a smaller helmet like a secret. Helmets like this were worn all over feudal Europe and a large number of originals was found in Germany, Flanders, England, Italy, Switzerland and Austria.

Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your armour regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper.
