Tournament armours strongly differed from suits of armour that were used during battles. They need not be flexible, but were better resistant to lance impacts
This suit of armour is made after a German tournament armour from 1490. It is a technological masterpiece. The armour of the chest and the neck is extra strengthened to protect the neck as best as possible. The left arm has a shield that protects the area of the heart while riding. The helmet can be fastened to the suit of armour.
The armour is made of cold rolled plate steel. It is available with a steel thickness of 1,3 or 1,5 mm and with an unpolished, polished or bronzed finish.
