Spangenhelmets like this were used until the 13thcentury. The helmet could be made cheaply because it consisted of different parts and as a result it was popular under the lower classes.
This battle-ready helmet consists of 1,6 mm thick steel and on the inside it is equipped with leather clothing for wearing comfort. It is available in the sizes M (for a head circumference up to 61 cm) and L (for a head circumference up to 63 cm).

Add 3,5 cm to your head circumference if you wear an arming cap under your helmet.
Add 2,5 cm to your head circumference if you wear a chainmail coif under your helmet.
Add 6 cm to your head circumference if you wear both an arming cap and a chainmail coif under your helmet.

Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your armour regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper.
