This sallet is made after two images (70 & 71) in the manuscripts of Hans Talhoffer. Helmets like this were worn in the 15th century in whole Europe.
This sallet is made of 2 mm thick battle-ready steel and is ornamented with brass fittings. It has a leather inlay for wearing comfort and a strap for fastening. It is delivered including a bevor.

Add 3,5 cm to your head circumference if you wear an arming cap under your helmet.
Add 2,5 cm to your head circumference if you wear a chainmail coif under your helmet.

Prevent rust and corrosion by oiling your armour regularly. Remove rust easily with black sandpaper.
