This wooden walking stick has a length of approx. 130 cm. Its head has the shape of a Fenris wolf and it is hand-carved.
Fenris (Fenrir) is the (middle) son of Loki, God of Deception, and the female royal giant Angrboda. He is the brother of Hell, the goddess of the Underworld and Midgardsorm, the Midgard snake. Fenrir was no human nor God, but he resembled a small dog when he was young so Odin took him to the Asgaard where his followers, the Asen, lived. All prophecies predicted that Fenrir would later on become a large problem for the Asen.

He grew up to be a giant wolf with enormous jaws and was known to be malicious. He was not only strong, but had also inherited Loki's talent for slyness. Eventually he even dared to threaten the Asen.
