This relief is a replica of an original excavated in 1982 in an old well at Walheim. Nowadays it is part of the collection of the Landesmuseum in Stuttgart.
The relief is a depiction of the Celtic horse goddess Epona. The Celtic goddess Epona was taken over by the Romans after the Gaulish wars and was worshipped in i.a. Roman Gaul.
This relief is made of plaster alabaster and measures 21 x 17 x 4 cm. The back contains an eye to hang it to a wall.
