Product description

The English king Richard III reigned between 1452 and 1485. When he was 32 years old he died during the Battle of Bosworth. This was the last great battle of the English War of the Roses.

Edward IV reigned between 1442-1483. He was the first English king of the House of Lancaster.

This set contains a groat of Richard, a groat of Edward, half a groat of Edward and a penny of Richard. The coins contain the Latin motto 'Posui Deum Adivtorum Meum' (I made the Lord my helper). And 'Civitas Eboraci' (made in York). These coins are made of pewter.
