This sword is made after a 16th century Italian original. The sword is already very similar to the later rapier, but it has a wider blade so it was also suited for slashing.

This sword The sword is provided with an S-shaped cross-guard, a knuckle guard and has two side rings. It has a length of 106,5 cm with a blade of 85 cm and a cross-guard of 21,5 cm. It weighs about 1 kg. The blade has a Rockwell hardness of 44-48 HRC.

This sword is made by Jiri Krondak from Prague. During the last 20 years, this line of swords proved themselves on the re-enactment fields. They are continually perfectionised to a reliable and inexpensive type of re-enactment swords.

This sword is an Oakeshott type XVIIIc.

Suitable for re-enactment and martial arts. The blade is handmade and tempered, using traditional forging techniques. The razor sharp version is suitable for cutting tests. When using the sharpening service, the return right and warranty expires. The extra delivery time is approx. 2 weeks.
