This sallet is made after several 15th century originals. The sallet was often worn by infantrymen in combination with the beyor. Open sallets like this were very popular among archers because they provided a good field of view.
This sallet is made of 1,3 mm thick steel. It is available in the sizes M and L. M is suitable for a head circumference of 61 to 62 cm and L is suitable for a head circumference of 63 to 64 cm.
